Start before you’re ready

Thanks for registering for Lizzie Lasater’s 15 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (Sydney). Lizzie Lasater will conduct the training throughout, with the help of Restorative Yoga Teacher assistants.  This training is being hosted by Alison Parker, Yoga Knitdra.

Here is a summary of the details and the props you’ll need to bring to ensure you get the most out of this training.

Dates: Friday 23 – Sunday 25 November 2018
Venue: Vista Room, Asquith Golf Club, Lord Street, Asquith
Times: Friday & Saturday – 9:30 – 12:30pm and 1:30 – 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break 12:30-1:30pm); Sunday 9:30am – 12:30pm

Pre-reading and Props required to bring:

  • A copy of Judith Hanson Lasater’s most recent book, Restore and Rebalance (2017)
  • 1-2 bolsters
  • 5 (or more!) sturdy blankets
  • 1 yoga strap (D-ring preferred)
  • 2 blocks,
  • Yoga mat
  • 1 eye bag

As a dedicated student or teacher, it is expected that workshop participants will already own or will purchase their own props prior to the workshop. If you are based interstate, please contact Alison Parker prior to registering to discuss your prop needs, as there will be very limited props for loan. If you do have extra props and can easily bring them to the workshop to loan to others, this is greatly appreciated.
