What to wear and bring:

For all Yoga Classes: While yoga mats are available at the studio you are encouraged to use your own Yoga mat and an eye bag if you have one (its more hygienic).

For Restorative Yoga Classes: Comfortable loose fitting clothing and an extra warm layer and pair of warm cosy (handknitted even!) socks are recommended for most of the sequence. It is also recommended to bring 1-2 soft blankets or thick towels for Restorative Yoga though additional props will be supplied in the class. When your body is in a state of complete rest it can drop in temperature quite significantly, regardless of the weather that day. This is where the magic of Restorative Yoga truly happens!

Enquiries can be made directly with Alison Parker via yogaknitdra@gmail.com or call 0404851126 to discuss your requirements and have a tailored yoga class or series of classes created just for you and your health needs.

Subscribe to my Newsletter and be the first to know about new classes, workshops and fun stuff in 2019!

I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Namaste
Alison
